A. No. Unmanned Procurement just provides the platform where buyers and sellers can find each other and complete negotiations. The transactions are conducted entirely between buyers and sellers. There is no middleman involved.
A. Certainly. Sellers can post an itemized list of stock to the site, which will be available for buyers to browse

A. Once registered, Buyers can find the stock list in their dashboard. The stock list can be searched for specific items, allowing you to find what you need quickly and efficiently.
As you can imagine we take this very seriously, and 100% guarantee the security of your payment. Once a Payment is created (funded) deposit in your account , the money will not be transferred to the sellers just yet. It will remain pending until the buyers releases it. Buyerss are advised to only release the Payment if they are completely satisfied with the delivered work and all deliverables have been submitted and up-to-standard. When all tasks are satisfactory and the buyers releases the Payment, it will be transferred to the sellers's account balance on the site. In cases wherein a pending Payment needs to be returned (created accidentally or duplicated), the sellers can cancel it for the funds to return to the buyers's account balance. This way we have full control over the process and can make sure you easily get your money back should there be any hiccups.

In order to make a bid, all you need is a PayPal account on file once you register a username and password.

Don't be that guy. We take this situation very seriously as it’s unjust to meet a buyer on Unmanned Procurement and try to take a deal offline to avoid paying the 10% sellers success fee. Not only do most buyers disagree to this due to the beneficial services we provide along with your transfer, we also monitor our site very closely and are able to easily find out if you attempt to do this. We would like to emphasize that you sign an agreement with Unmanned Procurement when you list your RFQ / LTA Proposal / STOCK saying that even if you sell your product offline (to a buyer met on Unmanned Procurement ) we are legally due our percentage. We, much like you, are hustling every single day to build and maintain a business that adds significant value to buyers and sellers community as a whole. So, we hope that you take note since we have not been afraid to take action on this in the past.
When a seller/buyer decides to list RFQ / LTA Proposal / STOCK for sale or buy , they are entering into a legally binding contract to sell/buy a pruduct (and transfer all of the essential components of it), assuming the auction closes with a buyer that has agreed to pay equal to or greater than the asking price. If a seller refuses to follow through with shipping the products , their Unmanned Procurement account will be canceled and their seller privileges will be completely revoked. In addition, the buyer has the right / option to enforce the contract in a court of law. Google and Apple have both recognized our Purchase and Sales agreement as legally binding
